COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM)

• $300,000 Salary Guarantee
• $50,000 Annual Retention Bonus X three years
• wRVU production bonus model
• Full Benefits: Comprehensive and Medical paid for family, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Retirement/matching, malpractice ins., CME and relocation paid.

RESPONSIBILITIES/FACILITY DETAILS Family Medicine (FM)

• Ultra Modern 25 bed Critical Access hospital 
• Hybrid Model-90% Outpatient/10% Hospitalist
• See 15-20 patients daily in clinic
• Call 1:7 with weekend inpatient rotation
• Procedures NOT required, but can do them if you like
• Dedicated support staff matched to you
• Very efficient, and most administrative burdens eliminated

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Family Medicine (FM)

• Recent Board Eligible or Board Certification 
• Outpatient clinic and Inpatient Management
• Quality and Patient Care Focused
• Work well in Teams

COMMUNITY Family Medicine (FM)

• Rich Outdoor/Recreation: Land of Lakes, boating, fishing, hiking, 4 wheeling, snowmobiling, camping, hunting, canoeing, etc.
• Two hours North of Twin Cities
