COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM)

• Base Salary of $275,000
• Sign on Bonus of $25,000
• Retention Bonus
• Relocation Assistance/Housing Stipend - $22,500
• 4 Weeks PTO & 8 Paid Holidays

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Family Medicine (FM)

• 100% Outpatient 
• Average 10-12 patient encounters per day
• Mon-Fri schedule
• No Night and No Weekends 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Family Medicine (FM)

• MD or DO required
• Occupational Medicine experience a plus
• Board Certified or Board Eligible with intent to Certify
• Comfortable treating patients of all ages

• Located near a mid-sized metro of 175,000, with regional airport, multiple Universities, museums, nationally accredited Zoo and much more.
• The community is well known for its strong ranching roots and local rodeo traditions.
• Residents and visitors also enjoy the local lake, which offers excellent fishing, boating, and camping opportunities.
• With a population of around 3,000, offers a quiet, peaceful atmosphere and a close-knit, supportive community.
